Simba Global Premium Grating has over 20 years experiences to manufacturer and offers a diverse range of grating and associated products to the overseas market, we have supplied numerous projects throughout overseas and pride ourselves on quick turnaround and delivery of quality product. Our factory has high manufacturing tolerances and have an extensive range of grate solutions.
We offer full scale fabrication including sawing, shearing, forming, welding, punching, drilling, bending, cutting, and additional custom fabrication for specialized applications. We further provide metal finishing services including galvanizing, painting, powder coating and plating. Simba Premium Grating is among the few leading manufacturers who have the entire production process from bearing bar to galvanized steel grating.
Supplied throughout Australia our grating is made to international standards ASI 657-1992 and our factory is ISO 9001:2000 accredited. The standard we apply to galvanizing is ASl650 – Hot Dip Galvanized (zinc) coatings on fabricated ferrous articles.
